Workshops can only be purchased with a pass.
Social events are included in the passes, but door sales will also be available.

By purchasing a BASE Pass, you will be getting substantial reduction on what the individual events would amount to if priced individually.

Moreover, further EARLYBIRD discounts will be given on all passes booked and paid for before the end of February - so don't dilly dally ! Oops, too late :(

The passes available are:

Full Pass - entry to all daytime and evening events over the five days
Swing Pass - entry to everything except the Balboa workshops
Day Pass - entry to all events on either the Saturday or Sunday
Social Pass - entry to all evening events

* if booked and paid for by 28 February 2010.

EARLYBIRD registration closes 28 February 2010 (and payment must be received by this date). Sorry, Earlybird registration is now over :(

After completing your online registration, payment must be recieved within 2 weeks in order to confirm your spot.

Final registration and payment closes 31 May 2010 but we highly recommend your register AND pay well prior to that !

Please note that we are also monitoring the balance of leads to follows in each class - and may at some point cut off registrations for single follows, so get in quick if you don't want to miss out!

Alas, registration for SINGLE FOLLOWS is currently closed until we get some more leads sign up! So......

LEADS - please register ASAP so we can let some more follows in !

SINGLE FOLLOWS - you still need to register ASAP to get on the waiting list - but please do NOT pay until we advise you that your spot is confirmed.

COUPLES - you can register as a couple to assure both parties a spot. To do this you must each register individually but reference your partner in the comments !

Please note that no refunds will be given, but if you have to cancel you will receive a credit towards next year's BASE camp.

Please try and choose the level you think best, but we reserve the right to reallocate you if we deem it appropriate. Click here to find out which level is appropriate for you !

If you are coming from out of town and would like to be hosted, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Similarly, if any of our locals have space to put anyone up, please let us know!

Private Lessons

All our teachers will be available for private lessons from Friday to Monday - so let us know when you register if you would like to book a slot, and your general time preference (e.g. Friday morning, or not Friday etc). Nothing is guaranteed as times will be allocated and advised closer to the time.

Payment can be made directly to the teachers in AUD on the day. Costs for privates (for singles/couples) will be

• AUD 60 for any of the teachers on their own, or
• AUD 100 for Derek and Trish together

Our preferred method of payment (for ease of administration :) will be by online bank transfer, but we will accept cash or cheques at our regular Swing Station class venues.

For any alternative payment preferences (for example, for overseas dancers, or for people who still prefer snail mail) please make a comment in your registration form, and we will contact you directly to sort out the best option for you.

You should receive an automatic email confirming your registration details as soon as your online registration has been completed. If you don't get this (perhaps due to over zealous spam police) please let us know.

To get your BASE pass, you will then need to book in when you arrive on either the Friday evening, or Saturday or Sunday before the workshops.

And don't forget to pay prior to that to confirm your spot!
