Workshops can only be purchased with a pass.
Social events are included in the passes, but door sales will also be available for some (but not all) of them.

By purchasing a BASE Pass, you will be getting substantial reduction on what the individual events would amount to if priced individually.

Moreover, further EARLYBIRD discounts will be given on all passes booked and paid for before the end of March - so don't dilly dally ! (sorry, too late)

The passes available are:

Full Pass - entry to all daytime and evening events over the five days
Sat/Sun Pass - a shorter cheaper option for those lacking in funds or energy
Social Pass - entry to all evening events

* if booked and paid for by 31 March 2011 (sorry, too late)

EARLYBIRD registration closes Thursday 31 March 2011 (and payment must be received by this date). Oops, you missed it.

After completing your online registration, payment must be received within 2 weeks in order to retain your spot.

Final registration and payment closes Tuesday 31 May 2011 but we would dearly love it if you would register AND pay well prior to that !

Please note that no refunds will be given after 31 March 2011.

Please also note that we are also monitoring the balance of leads to follows in each class - and may at some point cut off registrations for single follows, so get in quick if you don't want to miss out!

Alas, registration for SINGLE FOLLOWS is currently closed until we get some more leads sign up! So......

LEADS - please register ASAP so we can let some more follows in

SINGLE FOLLOWS - you still need to register ASAP to get on the waiting list - but please do NOT pay until we advise you that your spot is confirmed.

COUPLES - you can register as a couple to assure both parties a spot. To do this you must each register individually but reference your partner in the comments

We will be assigning levels based on your prior dance experience. When registering please tell us about your Lindy Hop and Blues learning and dancing experience, especially if you are coming from out of town and we don't know you!

Possibly available if enough people want one!

If you are coming from out of town and would like to be hosted, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Similarly, if any of our locals have space to put anyone up, please let us know!

All our teachers will be available for private lessons from Friday through Monday - so let us know when you register if you would like to book a slot, and your general time preference. Nothing is guaranteed as times will be allocated and advised closer to the time.

Payment can be made directly to the teachers on the day.

• USD 120 for Todd & Ramona together, or USD 85 on their own
• AUD 120 for Josh & Cathie together, or AUD 65 on their own

Payment can be by online bank transfer, or cash or cheques at our regular Swing Station class venues.

For any alternative payment preferences (for example, for overseas dancers, or for people who still prefer snail mail) please make a comment in your registration form, and we will contact you directly to sort out the best option for you.

You should receive an automatic email confirming your registration details within 5 minutes of your online registration being completed. If you don't get this (perhaps due to over zealous spam police) please let us know ASAP..

To get your BASE pass, you will then need to book in when you arrive on either the Thursday or Friday evening, or Saturday before the workshops.

And don't forget to pay within two weeks of registering to retain your spot!
